Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not make any refunds. Sale items can’t be returned for any change. Accessories can’t be returned or exchanged. Only defective items or size changes are eligible for return in the next five (5) days from the day you receive your order. Credit store will be issued. Credits will not be made until the return item is received and approved for the credit. Credits usually take between 5 to 10 business days from the day you will receive your return. We will email you the store credit code so you can use it on our website and it will last 3 months. Eligible items must be returned in the original condition, not worn, washed or damaged. It must have all tags and liners attached and returned in the original packaging. All exchange return shipping fees will be paid by the customer. Please note original shipping and handling fees will not be refundable.

Sunkiss Swimwear is not responsible for loss or any problem with the package once the tracking number has been sent to our client. We send orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed in holidays may have delays. We do everything to get your orders on time. Otherwise, packages can arrive outside the given time frame.

The international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We do recommend contacting your local customs website for the limits of duty free or local customs authorities.
